Hi,
I have a desktop 2K Pro (Mcafee antivirus), Toshiba Laptop XP Pro SP2
(McAfee antivirus), Sony laptop XP Pro SP2 (Norton Internet Security). All
computers connect to a hub. There is DSL (Actiontec) connect to the hub also.
Both laptop can use wireless or Ethernet cables. Following is my problem:

From all computers, I can access internet via DSL line fine (either wireless
or cable)
From Desktop and Toshiba laptop, I can access each other computer to share
files.
From Desktop and Toshiba laptop, I see the name of Sony laptop in Workgroup
but can't access it.
From Sony laptop, I don't see any computers name in workgroup.

Any idea how to solve the problem???

Thanks

Reconfigure Norton Internet Security to pass all local subnet packets or
specify individual IP addresses if you prefer.

I already configured permit all to access my Sony laptop in Norton Internet
Security. The IP adresses are automatically assinged so I have to allow all
to access ... But it still doesn't work... How about if I uninstall Norton
Internet Security and use McAfee as other ...Will it work???

Other question...
I tried to install DSL modem software (actiontec) to laptop but I can't
continue the installation because the software appears incompletely. What I
meant that There are Language options and Continue button to continue the
installation but the only appears on screen is English as raido button but no
button.... and the background seems to missing or not complete picture...
anyway, Does the Norton Internet Security prevent any software that relates
to Network or Internet installed???

Thanks

Make sure all machines are part of the same workgroup, and that there aren't
firewalls and/or security products blocking them.

I've seen Norton IS cause connectivity issues in the past. Try temporarily
disabling it or uninstalling it to see if this takes care of the issue.
