Type this line at the command prompt before running the Wizard:

net stop spooler

I tried this and the setup wizard said that there is still an error and the
wizard can't be completed. The Spooler Sub System error did not show up
again. What else can I do?

If you'll post a news group reply with details, someone can probably
help:

1. What connection option did you specify?
2. At what point in the Wizard did the error occur?
3. What is the full text of the error message?
