home is blank

Just installed BCM... however it seems that the software itself doesn't
work...?

When I click on the homepage - everything is blank....

is there something that I'm missing... the database is enabled.

more details to this:

clicking on home brings up an internet tab which shows:

outlook:\\Business Contact Manager\

should this be pointing somewhere else?

I haven't run into this, but based on previous posts about the home
page not working, it has to do with an ActiveX on that page not
working. You could try Microsoft support. They may know the fix.

"Office Diagnostics" in the outlook 2007 Help menu solved this issue for me.
By the way, it also solved another issue I had about syncing with mobile
devices.
"Office Diagnostics" rocks!
