I don't see why it wouldn't. When you buy Vista, your buying the
product key number (license) that comes with Vista. You can install
from any Vista dvd with your product key number.
And there isn't a real English spellchecker in WM anyway,
so apart from the odd word here and there sticking out
like sore thumbs, getting Vista Ultimate in the USA will,
more or less, pay for the flight.
