Hoe Do II notify a Virus Sender about his Problem

I am confused. Once I use the whois database to get address of sender
what is next?
 
If it is Swen (MS patch).......don't bother. If it isn't, write the
person named as the Administrator or send it to abuse@whoever.

swen is neither the first nor the last in a long list of viruses for
which you shouldn't bother...

First off I'd check with an AV site to see if the virus spoofs. I personally
use http://vil.nai.com because I use their AV software, though any site will
do.
If it spoofs, don't bother trying to find them. If it doesn't spoof, reply
to the email.
