hllcxpa.exe is trying to connect to the Internet or your local network

As subject. My firewall (ZoneAlarm) keeps coming up with this message.
Does anyone know what this files is/does and is it safe to allow access? So
far I have clicked on deny without any obvious problems.

Don't allow it access as it is suspicious.

Submit 'hllcxpa.exe' to Virus Total at the following URL. It will be tested against several
AV vendor's scanners.
