HKLM Directory

I have uninstalled Dell Media Centre, but some components remain in the
directory HKLM, where i would expect to see C:\ at the start of the file
path, i see HKLM\ how do i get to this directory?

This is part of the registry which is accessed from Start>Run>Regedit. Be
warned that altering the registry can make your computer useless. Whilst
you can back it up and restore it, there's no "undo" button if you make a
mistake in modifying or deleting something.
