HKEY_Classes_Root with CLSID\ {various}, okay to remove?

Running WindowsXP Pro. I do not have a problem . As a registry maintenance
thing I run RegSeeker to keep my registry clean. It frequently comes up with
30 or so HKEY_Classes_Root with CLSID\ {various} with notation "Invalid
ActiveX/COM entry (CLSID)" which I haven't removed because the notation is
in red. What are they? and Are these entries okay to remove?
