Hitcounter

Hi im trying to add a hitcounter to a page,
but when i try to view it instead of seeing the
hitcounter when i log on all i see is [hitcounter]

anyideas?

Have you published the page to a server with frontpage extensions (for your
version of FP) using http:// publish method? have you published the page from
with in a 'web'

Host may not allow this component - they have control over what to allow.

Are you viewing the page locally (i.e. c:\my documents\my webs\.....) rather than
http://www.yousite.com ? It won't work unless you're viewing the http page
(including http://localhost) if you are running a server yourself with fp
extensions and IIS.
