Hit counter doesn't show on all pages

I've started included a web component hit counter on most of my web site's
pages just to get an idea of how many people are going to which page.
However, lately some of my pages have started failing to display the hit
counter. Instead, a simple place holder is displayed.

For an example of this, go to
http://ww2.haggard-and-associates.c...es/DOT_NET/WinForms/GUI/TreeView/treeview.htm

Is there a limit to how many hit counters a web site can have or is this
some artifact indicating an error some place else? Is this a known problem
and, if so, how do I get around it?

The counter webbot on that page is not correct, its looking for a custom
image named Treview.htm. I suggest you remove the counter and replace
it.

Compare this code with that in the Home page - use View Source in
Browser, not FrontPage.

Also remove all spaces from you page and file names. These appear as
%20 in links, and can break the links.
