History

IE does not keep my History. It worked at one time, then
it quit when our ISP, Zoomnet, was bought out by Earthlink.
I contacted Earthlink and I don't remember exactly what I
was told, but it had something to do with my e-mail
address. Now we are on cable and it still doesn't work.
(I have History set to save for 21 days.) I contacted the
cable company and was told there is something wrong with
my browser.

Delete your History folder per the instructions at this site - it will be recreated as it's empty default when you reboot: http://www.mvps.org/winhelp2002/delcache.htm That should get your History functioning again.
