history of excel use

during the months of September and October I was working on several
spreadsheets. I now want to see what days I did this work. However, I
neglected to turn on the MS Outlok journal facility - is there any way
to find out when I was working? - thanks, cathal

is you haven't enabled any tracking tool - no chance to get this
information
