History not fully Cleared?

S

Scott Townsend

I've cleared my history and 99% of the items are gone.

When I click on the History Icon and look, there is nothing, though when I
start typing URLs in the Address bar I still have a handful of sites that
are still there. These are sites that I have not visited for some time.

How do I get rid of them?

Thanks,
Scott<-

Thank Mike,

I looked there and Deleted some entries, though not all the entries that
still existed were there.
I found another article that Suggested I remove the C:\Documents and
Settings\<user>\Local Settings\History folder. as it can get corrupt.

The trick there was you had to do it as the Local admin, or from remote with
the user logged out.

After I removed the History Folder, all was good.

Thanks again,
Scott<-
