Where is the local location of my Windows XP SP2, please?

On my Win 2000 Pro computer, it is c:\program files\Windows
Update\v4\iuhist.xml .

On my XP SP2 computer, that file is blank.

Yes, show all files & show hidden system files is displayed. Yes, "hide
file extensions" is unchecked.

On a non-OEM computer, the file that contains the history of the computer's
Windows XP updates is c:\program files\Windows Update\v4\iuhist.xml .

information provided at Microsoft's Windows Update site's "view installation
history".
