Help!!! I have a tendancy to keep my History as I don't
store much on my HDD otherwise and it is useful to find
previous webpages for my job. They then get deleted every
30 days. However, for some odd reason I have no History
at all, even for web pages I have accessed today. I have
had a look and cannot see anything wrong, can anyone offer
advice? I would be very grateful. Many thanks, Vicks

Hi,
History problems can be caused by the ActiveX Control filters in McAfee
AntiVirus. If you disable the "Active X Controls" filter under the Internet
Filters in VirusScan the IE History should work properly.

Or... Your History folder may be damaged.
Free History Eraser from
http://smartprotector.com/eraser/free-history-eraser.htm will delete the
History folder and a new one will be created when you restart.

Or the History folder can be deleted manually:
See: How To Delete the Internet Explorer Temporary Internet Files:

Hope this helps,
