History Clear Problems

When I go into Internet Explorer and try to clear history,
the history won't clear. It will all still be there. Can
anyone help?

I just go to
C:\Documents and Settings\(insert your username)\Local Settings\History
and delete from there, and that always works fine for me. You can create a
shortcut to that folder if you'd like.
