history and logs

Ok.. I have windows XP and I want to know how and where you see a log of
what programs etc. that a user has been using and if possible for how long...

I also want to know where I can find the internet call log where it records
the duration and time of internet useage.

You can check the internet use in:
c:\documents and settings\user name folder\local settings\history or temporary
internet files

I believe you need a third party application to see what apps and time of use
by a user.
