hijacker on explorer

for several weeks my internet explorer has been hit by a
hijack program. the program has taken over my homepage
and prevents me from getting out in the net. it puts alot
of sexy places for me to go. It has made a folder called
spad and one called crap they have html files that come
up in internet explorer crap has a file called images
which had dirty pics for the menu that spad calles up on
the screen. Can anyone help get rid of this. if i delete
the folders my interner ecplor url is empty.
