Removal of Hijack Program

My Win XP Pro system has a hijack program that is many faceted. I managed to
remove it all from IE but a 9MB program brings it back-- the desktop icons,
two tool bars at bottom of IE screen and one under address bar. Two programs
show up in "Ad and Remove Programs" but it can only remove one of them. When
I try to remove the other program titled " Search Assistant - My Search", I
get an empty window that has this line at the top >
res://c:\Progra~\MyWay\SechAsstt1.bin/MySrchas.dll/101
Publisher is listed as "My Search" and Support is listed as "Support
help.myway.com/"

I tried to find this program with Windows Explorer thinking it was "read
only" or a hidden file. I tried several search keyword strategies. WE cannot
find the program. I manually searched xp folders, "Windows," "Programs" etc.
No luck.
Is there an alternative way to remove a program that shows up in "Add/Remove
but cannot be removed by it? Any thoughts? I am using Mozilla_Firefox now
because this hijack keeps retaking over IE. Problem is, even when I do not
use IE, it manages to reinstall tool bars and destop Internet shortcuts
through IE.
This hijack program manages to get past Spybot Search & Destroy,
AdAware, Norton AntiVirus, SpyKiller, BHODemon, & Hijack This.

Run this combo:

Run Ad-Aware SE, Spybot and HijackThis:

Note: Update each program, once installed, before running.

Note2: To avoid the False-Flag for the DSO Exploit (W3), open
Spybot/Advanced Mode/Settings/Ignore Products. On the All Products Tab,
scrol to DSO Exploit and check that item only. Randy (silj)
