hijacked homepage

I do not know but for some reason, my homepage which is
hotmail.com keeps on getting changed by luckysearch.net
every time I boot up. I would like to get rid of whatever
is inside my PC that keeps on changing my homepage.

how do I do it? Thanks in advance.
