hijacked help me

I have been hijacked and adaware and various other tools
are not solving the probelm. The suspect is "winmm64".
It keeps reappearing. I did a search on yahoo for patches
but the browser will not allow me to get to sites such
as "computercops", etc. The hijacker is preventing me
from accessing the sites that I need to remove it. Can
you help me?
