Hijacked Browser

I have MAS installed, but one of the machines keeps
getting hijacked to http://cable.shiftlock.com:8009/. I
have run a full system scan and MAS does not find any
spyware. I have restored all browser settings and
verified their content. I have restored all the browser
security settings to default and still when I exit and
return to ie the machine goes to the abovementioned site.

Any suggestions?

Have you done the full system scan in safe mode? Also, disable system
restore before entering safe mode, it seems this pest is returning it self
with system snap shots.

Also:
1) Submit suspected spyware report in the tools menu of Antispyware
2) Reboot in safe mode and run a deep scan
3) Run antivirus (with current definitions) while you are in safe mode.

I don't think that website is spyware though.
