Hijacked Browser.....

I am running a Dell Laptop and not only has the browser been hijacked but so has the search site. I run Ad-Aware and it finds that the homepage and browser have been hijacked. In fact it finds about 15 files stating that is has been hijacked. We delete it everytime we start up the computer and reset our homepage. But everytime you click on the "Home" button or restart Internet explorer it comes right back! We run off of cable connection and we have mo clue what to do now. It claims that it is loading a blank web page "about:blank", but it is actually loading http://www.s1di.d8t.biz/index.php?aid=20038 Is there anywhere I can report this and/or fix the problem with out having to scrap the computer and start again. We take college courses on this computer so we couldn't do without it.....
