Hijacked Address Search

I had my address bar search hijacked by Orbiter (it was set to Google). I managed to purge the application (apparently) with Ad-aware. The problem is it still resides in the address bar (?!). When I click the customize search button nothing happens. Did they somehow inactivate this option? I finally gave up and added the Google search bar but, that cuts down my display area. I have tried searching with file Explorer in the hopes of finding a text file that could be modified to no avail.

After downloading it, right click it and choose Merge.

The same thing happened to me.......Goto start, run, and type "regedit". (be
careful here).
goto edit, find, and type "IE toolbar".
When it comes up, delete the entry that is highlighted.
Exit out, and reboot.
