Hijack this help

I ran hijack and have the log file but have no clue as to what is what. I
have a pervious post in this forum, subject is... Cant get rid of pop-ups,
please help. Any help with my situation will be greatly appreciated.

This forum is not set up nor prepared to help you analyze HijackThis logs.
