Highlighting items in list

I have a sheet with a list of customers in column A. I
would like to create a formula or conditional format that
will change the font to blue and background to yellow
when the customers name shows up 3 or more times on the
list. Can anyone help me with this?

i changed the formula to
=IF(COUNTIF(range1,A1)>3,TRUE,FALSE)
and it did what you wanted
