HIGHLIGHTING AND WORD WRAP SNAFU

My Excel will not let me highlight cells by holding down
the shift keys and the cursing arrows. It also does not
highlight which cell I am currently using. Last, but not
least, the word wrap feature is not working correctly.

Can anyone help me with this? I have probably toggled
something on, but I don't know what I did.

Help!

For the 1st problem, it sounds like you've got Scroll
Lock turned on. For the 2nd problem, what about word wrap
is not working correctly?
