Highlighting a word (or some text) already displaying

PPT 2007. Have text on the screen, then want to animate, or somhow highlight
a word or two in that text at the click of mouse.
too simple?? but cannot find answer..
Help much appreciated

Also, if you need to animate just a word or two in a textbox, you must put
the word(s) in their own textbox. You can't animate just part of the text a
textbox -- it's all or nothing.
