highlight record in continuous form

In Access 2000 and later, you can use conditional formatting.

Hello,

This is probably an often raised question and I have found some massive
(Access97)code for higlighting the current record in a continuous form.
But as programs develop there maybe a not so extensive way to emphasize (or
highlight) the current record in Access 2000.
Can somebody tell me about a solution?
