how to change color of control in continuous forms

maybe this has been answered, in fact I've seen one or two solutions on the
access web but I would like something simpler to highlight the active record
and also change the background color of the selected record in continuous
forms?

Any simple solutions out there?

By the way, anyone know what happened to CDMA?
