Highlight in msg list and folders list

The highlight for which message I'm reading or which folder I'm moving to is
very light and difficult to spot - is there any way to darken it to a deeper
shade of blue or another color? Thanks!

Are you really referring to WM in Vista, or WLM that is downloaded,
if the latter then the correct newsgroup for WLM is
microsoft.public.windows.live.mail.desktop
If WM then any changes that might be made, are Global to the whole System,
and are not worth trying, IMHO.
