Highlight field with focus

I want to make it more obvious where the cursor or focus is in a form. Is it
possible to somehow highlight or format the border or something on the
current field with focus?

Hi,
check out conditional formatting.
Furthermore forms/reports do not house fields, but controls. Fields are in
tables!
