Highlight Datasheet Row

I have a subform in datasheet view. The user needs to be able to highlight a
datasheet row in either green, yellow or red.

How can I code so that when the user is on a row, he can highlight that row
any of the colors above?

You can down load a sample database that includes various uses for
shaded lines, including continuous form alternating lines and
highlighting the selected line.
