Hi AMohabir, have you tried format menu conditional
formatting?

I am trying to tie it to(conditional formatting) the bookmark property but
cant seem to get it.Maybe its the wrong approach. Thanks
 
If you have Access 2000 or above, you can use conditional formatting.
