I'm posting this from another group, any help here?
This is a bit off topic but since we all are using computers I thought
it might help those that have kids using computers.
My daughter downloaded a program called "iMesh". It is a program to
get music, software etc., kind of like Kaaza. She did it without me
knowing. DO NOT put this spyware piece of junk on your computer. It
dumps a ton of it on there. Then, if you use Ad-aware or Spy-Bot
Search and Destroy (which I highly recommend) to remove all the junk
it leaves on your computer, your Internet Explorer connection no
longer works. It evidentially alters a file in the registry so when
you remove it, your connection is, no longer. A search in Google using
"sah-agent" turns up some good results but nothing Ive found to
totally fix it yet. Anyone else run into this yet?
Note: Luckily its not on MY puter. Its the "family" one that has it.
It works fine now but I had to "Restore" the "Sah-Agent" entries that
Ad-aware removed to get it working again.
