high priority

What is the best way to make one process extremely high priority
and everything else extremely low priority?
 
Press CTRL-SHIFT-ESC to bring up the task manager. Right click on the
process and select Priority. Choose your poison from the list.

I use Ctrl-Alt-Del to bring up task manager
