High Freq. sound comming from video card

Hi all, I have a radeon 9800 sapphire card. It has been running fine for a
few months now, flashed with the aid pro bios..However the card makes a
really high pitch sound, it comes and goes but its there most of the time.
Its not the fan. Changing the clock speeds make the sound change but not go
away. I'm trying to make my computer as quiet as possible and the sound
really pisses me off! Thanks!

Video cards generate a lot of RFI (radio frequency interference) that can
be picked up by near by cards. Is your sound card near the video card? Never
place modem near video card. I get a high pitched sound that stops when I
stop the fan.
