High data Packets in Send/Receive

I have a PC which is transmiting high data packets in our
LAN.After installing all the security patches,windows
update and Antivirus program, the pc is still a high data
packets. This can be seen in Network Card status which the
amount will reach millions bytes.
Do you have any idea whats going on and any solutions?

Just antivirus? Check for Spyware/Trojans using Spybot Search and Destroy
free from here...
