Hiding the "Properties" tab from the MY Computer desktop ICON

Can anyone tell me how to hide the properties tab of the
MY Computer desktop ICON.

The goal is to prohibit the user from having the ability
to dis-join the machine from the network.
Currently, each user is an Admin of their machine.
