Hiding Task/appointments/events with others

I am using outlook 2003 in the windows xp proffesional enviornment.
Desktop and share the information with laptop through LAN.

I want that in my absence no one see my task,appointments,event and other
activities like emails, addresses and so on how i do this in outlook 2003.
 
Are you using a .PST file or are you connecting to Exchange?
