Hiding single items on a continuous form

I want to hide an address control with a tick box on only some records, but
not all; based on a continuous form. Can this be done?.

The User would select the tick box on the form(s) and would hide/unhide the
control depending on choice.

You can't hide one, they will all hide.

You can enable a contorl however....

I certainly have a lot of continues forms where I set the controls 'enabled'
property on/off. While this actually makes all instances of the control go
disabled, I actually find this works quite well. I mean, when you move
to the next row, those columns that you enable, or disable can then
be set. So, you could set the controls visible property as you move
the cursor up/down through the

In fact, I actually PREFER the above behavior, as then during
data entry it is VERY easy to see that the column in question
is enabled.

In place of a VERY HARD TO READ checkerboard pattern of enabled, and
disabled boxes,
, you get a very nice enable/display view as I move the cursor up /down.

I have uploaded a gif animation of me navigating in a form, both of the two
screen shots will give you an idea of how this looks.

As you can see, the fact that all enable/disable is really not a problem at
all...

Hi Albert, thanks for the Screenshots, though to be honest, it is a little
unclear which controls are hidden on your samples. Are they the 'Add/Switch'
Line where your phone home number is blank?

Anyway, back to my initial problem; I'm not sure your solution would work
for me because i want the hidden field to be part of a quiz, where the user
see's the first part of the question; in this case Venue Name, but has to
guess the matching address, then clicks a button to see if he was correct. I
hope this makes sense, and that their is some kind of solution. (In essence i
want just one control for all 16 addresses ona continous form.) Can I email
you a screenshot of what I mean, if that would help?

Hum, perhaps your browser don't support gifs? Try scrolling down to the 2nd
screen shot to see the effect I talk about...

Since you are using a quiz, then the above suggestion of mine is really not
much use.....
