Continuous forms

Hi,
I am working on a form that tracks maintenance issues on aircraft. Each
form contains several text boxes with control sources from a database. I am
tracking up to 30 maintenance issues. I use a different form to input data
into those control sources and the new form to display the records in
continuous forms. When I bring up the continuous forms each aircraft displays
all 30 text boxes even if there is no data entered in that control source for
that aircraft. I want to hide text boxes that do not have data but still have
them display for the aircraft that do. I have tried several things. I went to
query and for instance if the control source I wanted to hide was [Status 5]
in criteria I would put >0. This made all aircraft that didn't have 5
statuses disapear. I want the box to disapear not the aircraft. Thank you for

You cannot hide individual controls in a continuous form, but you may be
able to disable them by using the Continuous Formatting feature available
in the format menu. Select each of the controls and format each of them.
