HIDING RECORD SELECTOR BUTTONS ON NAVIGTION BAR

I'm using Access 2007 and can't remember how to hide the record selector
buttons on the naviation bar. I know it's something easy, but I can't
remember how.

HELP!!! I have a new problem. While poking around trying to figure out how
to hide the record selector buttons, I accidentally selected an option that
now has hidden all of my menus and worst of all has hiddent he "Access
Options" button that appears on the Office button.

How can I fix this?
