Hiding Help Bar

Hi everybody
I'm using Access 2003 and I wrote on my form to hide all
the tool bars and on deactivation of form it will show
proper toolbars, this work fine with me. In same way I
want to hide type a question toolbar, I read help and did
in same way it work but when I'm closing the form it is
not comming back and also it is showing the vacan space
there, how I will manage this?
