is there a good program fof hiding and password protecting folders. but no
encripting. i used to use Magic folders in win98 but have not come accross
one in a long time... looking for Free of course...

thanks

NOTE: dirLock only provides one password entry field, not two as there
are on most other locking/encryption tools, so pay close attention to
what you're actually typing into the field. A small password typo will
make the file unlockable.

Better idea: Type the password in notepad, copy-paste it into dirLock.
That eliminates the typo problem. ;o)

Even better get RoboType from PC mag then put passwords in there.
BUT; used to be free now either 5 for one or 20 for all PC mag utilities.
Getting it depends on either findinng free version (anyone?) or on how
much you value your time.
