Hide tray icon for Outlook 2003

Hello, all. How do you hide the tray icon for Outlook 2003. PC World mag
said to right-click on it and choose "Always hide," but that option isn't
available when I right-click on it. Help is appreciated. Thanks.

Try a right click on the taskbar and select properties. At the bottom is an
option to hide inactive icons. Select the customize button and permanently
hide what you like.
