The Menu bar has been replaced by the command bar in the Windows Vista
Explorer Shell. You can access it by holding down the Alt key on your
keyboard, if you want to turn it on permanently, click Organize > Folder and
Search Options > View (tab) > under Advanced Settings check the "Always show
menus" box > click OK.
