Hide or Remove close button (x in top right hand corner)

We are having problems with people closing down Outlook incorrectly - does
anyone know how to remove or hide the close button (x in top right hand
corner) so that they have to go file close.

Any help would be appreciated

Nope, it's the same as File-> Close though.
