Hide IP in browsing

I want to hide or use a fake ip address for my web browsing. I am using
dialup connection for internet access. Pls Help

Hide from who? Somebody on the Internet can always see and/or record
your real ip address and also, save anything you do while on that
address for the next 20 years.

Not if it is hidden or he uses a fake ip address, which is essentially the
same process. Not too difficult to do if one is using a real operating
system. With Windoze it would be a challenge.
