Hide Icon when minimized

I want to hide a certain program icon when I minimize it on the task bar, can
this be done for any program or only Outlook?

You probably need some sort of a plugin to pull this off on some of your
programs. Normally some of them comes with it (ex. YIM, AIM, Outlook etc..)
but other doesnt. But there's one out there that perhaps may do this trick
